- Originally from Sri Lanka, I arrived in Australia almost a decade back and immediately fell in love with Melbourne, its architecture, diversity and opportunities that it has to offer.
- I have represented a large number of property sellers and buyers, both here and abroad, in a wide array of real estate transactions. Having a Bachelor in Economics and a Postgraduate qualification in Sales & Marketing up in sleeves helped me understand the economics around real estate buying and selling and also to form strategies in par with today’s market place.
- My market focus is Berwick, Clyde North, Hampton Park, Cranbourne North and West.
My purpose as a Real Estate Agent…
I love everything about real estate because it covers several different fields of my expertise in sales and marketing. Having my whole work life been around sales and marketing, I’ve developed a strong appreciation for people and homes and knew that I found a career which I would love doing everyday. Most importantly; I love the process of interpreting homes to people. I feel much privileged to have the opportunity to help people navigate through those life-altering moment successfully and with all honesty.
Now that’s why I love being a real estate agent.
What brought me here…
I’ve always had a strong connection that had anything to do with people and homes, and real estate was probably the most consummate manifestation of that space.
So out of sheer desire and my passion to learn more, I took a course in real estate and got my licences. Subsequently, worked as a real estate agent for several teams here in Melbourne. During that time, I saw what it truly means to be able to deliver an honest and transparent service while keeping my client’s best interest at heart. Trust is an important part of the real estate process; and I’ve always preferred a world where all real estate agents have the opportunity to deliver an honest service without compromising on trust.
Sitting still is not my style. So, in the Winter of 2018, I made the move to leave the agency I was working for to help form Xenith Real Estate.
And at Xenith Real Estate, I get to help make that world a reality.
Why am I different…
Having played national level Basket Ball, I know what it means to work in a team of sellers, buyers and agents to arrive at best outcome.
Most people aren't just looking for a real estate agent that 'fit the profile' – what they need is a friendly guide that will go above and beyond to help them navigate through those life-altering moments in every way.
As a real estate agent, I understand this; and that understanding have helped me earn an enviable reputation, backed by a solid track record of successful transactions along the way.
I’m always focused on finding what’s best for you and I give my all to deliver great results (not fancy promises) to my clients.
When I’m not working…
When I’m not interpreting homes to awesome people, I enjoy doing all things from being a team manager at a local basketball club, to a regular plasma donor, to socialising with my besties to spending time with the fam, or just snuggling with my hubby and two kids. I am also a fitness junkie and sports fanatic.
